A similar opinion  was expressed to ArmInfo by head of the Armenian Constructive Party,  political scientist Andrias Ghukasyan.

ArmInfo.At a meeting with a delegation led by OSCE Parliamentary Assembly President  Margareta Cederfelt,  Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, presented  positions on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement process, as  well as the ongoing work to normalize relations between Armenia and  Azerbaijan.
